Alyssa Fedele
Alyssa Fedele is a documentary filmmaker and a cultural anthropologist who employs her curiosity about humanity as an intuitive guide for the filmmaking process. She holds a masters degree in Visual Anthropology from the Granada Center for Visual Anthropology. Bringing her keen eye and participant observational practices to her films, she strives to uncover the passion and commonality connecting all people. Her film projects are both visually stunning representations of reality and emotionally potent documents of human universals. Alyssa has brought her technical skills and creative thinking to independent film as well as television shows for National Geographic and A&E. Beyond the Reef is her directorial debut.
